Cancellation Policy

Elysium Skincare is committed to providing our wonderful clients with outstanding service. We are an extremely busy clinic and if a booking is cancelled without sufficient notice, it prevents another client from being seen.

Elysium has a 48 hour cancellation policy.

If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please contact us by phone: 091556846 or e-mail: info@elysium.ie 48 hours prior to your appointment time and your deposit will be fully refunded. In the event that a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to booking, please be advised that your deposit is non-refundable or transferable.

Credit or Debit Card details are required to secure your booking; a deposit is taken on all treatments booked. If you wish to use a Gift Voucher we will need your voucher number to secure booking.

If it is a case you have not or were unable to give card details when booking the appointment we can only hold that allocated time slot for 48 hours before your arrival time. We will make every effort to contact you and advise you of this but if we do not receive a response 48 hours in advance of your appointment time we will have to cancel your appointment.

We require a minimum of 48 hour’s notice for cancellation. Deposit is not refundable or transferable if you give less than 48hours notice.

Full payment will be expected for anything less than 24hours notice or for appointments booked but not attended.

Deposits taken to secure appointments cancelled before the 48 hour notice period are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

This cancellation policy applies when bookings are being cancelled/rescheduled for any reason.

If you are using a voucher to pay for your treatment and you cancel at short notice (less than 48 hours) or do not attend, deductions as outlined above will be made from the value of the voucher.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule and will be charged in accordance with the policy above.

Clients who fail to attend an appointment without any notice will be charged the full value of the missed appointment.

We reserve the right to charge any card you hold on file at Elysium in accordance with the above policy.
