What to Expect

Area to be treated is cleansed, eye shields are appiled as well as a cool gel.

Depending on the area - BBL takes 10-15 minutes for full face, approx 20 mins for full face and neck and additional time for any other areas.

Expect to feel heat in the area for a few hours post treatment, you will be provided with a post treatment care to manage any sensitivity. You can return to wearing mineral makeup the next day with little to no downtime.

  • The new advanced ‘HERO’ mode ensures far more comfort than any other traditional IPL method. The higher output of Broad Band Light offers a more efficient treatment with higher higher efficacy than any other IPL treatment.

  • You will notice an improvement in redness and the reduction of thread veins immediately. It takes up to 2 week for pigment to fully come to the surface and lift so skin may look a little mottled / pigment will appear darker the day after the treatment. This will lift and sloth off with natural cell cycle over the coming week to two. Skin will continue to improve as it take up to 3 months for true collagen production to bed in

  • Your skin may look pink and feel sunburned for 4 hours post-treatment. You can apply mineral makeup. Any vascular or pigmentation may darken after the treatment, but it will improve within 1-2 weeks. Your skin will also be more sensitive to sunlight for 2 weeks after your treatment, so it is important to wear high SPF.

  • Downtime is minimal, with mild redness 1-2 days if your main target in pigment. People with more vascular issues or those that have a lot of large broken veins may have some swelling for a few days post treatment.
