Réjuvapen® Micro Needling can help patients who would like to minimize the appearance of wrinkles, scars, stretch marks, and acne scars while minimizing pores. Using multiple microscopic needles to penetrate the surface layers of skin, Réjuvapen® creates very small wound patterns to break old collagen chains and trigger the healing process to smooth the appearance of wrinkles, scars and stretch marks.
Réjuvapen®’s sterile, disposable needle tips are adjustable to cater to different areas of the face that require different penetration levels for the best results. The vibrating hand piece encourages collagen production, allowing the body to begin healing immediately after the procedure with visible results in up to four weeks.
Réjuvapen® out-performs previousdermal roller technology not only in results, but also in patient experience. The precision of the Réjuvapen® system minimizes the effect of the treatment on the tissues surrounding the treatment area much more than the original system. Round areas, like those around the nose and upper lip, are harder to treat with the dermal roller, whereas the Réjuvapen®’s narrower hand piece can easily treat these areas.

How does Réjuvapen® work?
Using multiple needles to vertically penetrate the surface layers of skin, treatment with Réjuvapen® allows the body to begin the wound-healing process which breaks up older collagen chains to stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin within the skin. Once the Réjuvapen® treatment is complete, a dermatologist can apply active ingredients to manage any ongoing skin condition such as acne.
How does Réjuvapen® treat wrinkles, stretch marks and scars?
Skin needling is based on the skin’s ability to heal itself after an injury. Right after the skin encounters any physical damage, it immediately eliminates the damaged tissue to replace it with new, healthy skin. Réjuvapen® induces small, controlled areas of damage to trigger the production of new collagen without the risks of scarring resulting in smoother and firmer skin.
How long until I see results from Réjuvapen® and what can I expect after my treatment?
Each persons healing time varies, though most start to see results in one day to a week after treatment. Immediately after treatment, patients may notice a red appearance in the treatment area and in rare cases minor pin-point bleeding depending on the depth of the needle penetration (Réjuvapen®’s disposable treatment applicator is adjustable). Even a light treatment can enhance the appearance of skin texture and brighten your complexion.
How is Réjuvapen® Micro Needling different from other techniques?
The most common technique uses a roller with needles spread across the cylindrical treatment applicator. This type of device is rolled across the treatment area. The nature of the rolling movement creates unnecessary epidermal damage as the needles pull the tissue as they leave the skin. Réjuvapen®’s unique applicator is completely vertical, minimizing unnecessary injury to the treatment area. The carefully controlled, disposable needle applicator only moves in an up-and-down motion, meaning less recovery time and a more comfortable experience for patients.
The size and design of Réjuvapen® also allows it to be used in tight or round areas where a dermal roller could not fit like the crease of the nose, along the upper lip and across the chin. Réjuvapen® works well on any skin tone and type meaning it can be a safe alternative to lasers for those with darker skin tones.
What does a Réjuvapen® treatment feel like?
Depending on the depth of treatment decided by your dermatologist, numbing creams can be used to increase patient comfort. Réjuvapen®’s applicator can be adjusted to a pre-determined length based on your skin condition. Those undergoing treatments with a shorter needle will only feel a tickling sensation, while those undergoing treatment with more depth are offered numbing creams as an option for treatment.
How many Réjuvapen® treatments will I need?
Each person’s skin conditions are different and require different levels of treatment. Those with mild wrinkles and fine lines may see improvement after just one treatment while more advanced skin conditions like acne scarring may need 4 - 6 treatmetns. The number of treatment sessions required will be determined during a consultation.

Consultation required before this treatment.
Medical Micro-Needling is suitable for most skin types.
It is not suitable for clients who:
• Have used Roaccutane within the last 3 months.
• Have had radiation treatment within the last year.
• Have areas of the skin that are numb or lack sensation.
• Have a history of keloid or hypertrophic scars or poor wound healing.
For those that want less down time we use 0.5 needles without anesthetic which are more superficial and rather than creating a controlled injury to the skin we create channels for better absorption of active ingredients: Growth factors, Peptides... Meso-Needling uses a series of microscopic needles that is controlled by a unique motorized head to provide thousands of precision channels into the epi dermal layer of skin.
How does it work?
Meso Needling is easily performed using our medical grade Digital Needling System. The Digital Needling System uses a series of microscopic needles that is controlled by a unique motorized head to provide thousands of precision channels into the dermal and epidermal regions of skin. These needles cause multiple, tiny micro-channels in the epidermis allowing for deeper penetration of serums and treatment creams. These micro-punctures also stimulate growth factors but not as much as you would get with Micro-needling.
Who is it suitable for?
Meso Needling is suitable for most skin types and for people who do not want any down time.
How many treatments are recommended?
A minimum of 6 treatments are recommended combined with LED Light therapy to achieve the best results. The treatments are performed 4 weeks apart.
